First film coming soon.

An imagined landscape folded into the shape of a W, with cliffs, a stone arch and blue water.

An imagined landscape, made for this site.

Every film starts with a question.

  • What is

How things really work, and the places almost no one sees.

  • What was

Vanished animals, buried cities, ordinary lives long ago.

  • What could be

What-ifs, followed honestly from a stated premise.

About

Hi, I’m Kai.

I make these films because I can’t leave a good question alone.

What goes out under this name is my call, and so are its mistakes. If you spot one, tell me.

For a correction, include the film’s title and a timestamp.
